30 year old Hispanic female noted increasing loss of breast volume after two term pregnancies. In addition, the nipple/areolar complex had sagged, requiring a donut mastopexy (a surgical scar around the areola). The patient required subpectoral breast augmentation using an Inamed style #468 Anatomical saline implant (380-400cc) to achieve a D bra cup size.
